  • Summer Lentil Salad 🌞 Super easy and simple lentil salad with cherry tomato, cucumber and mango. _ First, rinse the lentils before cooking. Then stir in lentils with water to a boil with salt and smashed garlic. Allow to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain and toss with lemon vinaigrette while the lentils still hot. Let the lentils cool and absorb the flavor of vinaigrette. _ To prepare the salad, toss room-temperature lentils with sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced mangoes.   • I'm not a K-pop fan, but this Korean rice bowl surely catches my heart 💕A very simple yet fulfilling rice dish with mixed vegetables, egg and spicy gochujang sauce. _ There is something about how Dolsot Bibimbap is served, that makes me happy and end up eating too much. Maybe because it is served in a sizzling clay pot bowl that makes this bibimbap so enjoyable.   • I love simple pasta dishes 💕 I love them enough that I'll choose to spend my Friday night staying at home with a bowl of pasta rather than hang out with my friends. _ This pasta is super simple and it can stand on it's own. But if you like, you can add grilled chicken or leafy green salad. @eatsgood.idn #CookingWithEatsGood #CookingPastaWithEatsGood #InternationalPastaDay 🍝🍅 _ One Pot Spicy Tomato Pasta 🍅🍝 •1 sdm olive oil •1/2 bawang bombay, iris tipis •1 siung bawang putih, cincang •2 buah tomat, potong •2 cup kaldu atau air •150 gram agnesi pasta •1/4 sdt dried oregano/ basil •2 sdm tabasco •garam, gula & black pepper Cara membuat 1.Tumis bawang bombay & bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan tomat yang sudah dipotong-potong, tambahkan kaldu, pasta, dried oregano, tabasco, 1sdt garam, 1/4 sdt black pepper & 1/2 sdt gula. 2. Masak dengan api besar hingga mendidih, aduk rata. Tutup panci, masak dengan api sedang sekitar 10 menit hingga matang (cek dan aduk pasta setiap beberapa menit agar pasta tidak lengket dan hangus). 3. Hidangkan pasta dengan parutan keju, parsley cincang & tambahkan tabasco jika ingin lebih pedas.
