Clam Soups with Thyme Croutons

Clam Soups with Thyme Croutons

What you’ll make when you have cute little clams and good quality baguette on hand? Clam chowder maybe? Unfortunately, I didn’t have corn and potato, besides that, I want something light, not a creamy soup. More recently there was a dish that I really want to make. But this time I replaced the white rice with cauliflower rice and served it with grilled salmon and tabbouleh salad.  Continue Reading

But sadly the environmental damage caused by excessive exploitation of marine products, industrial waste, and not liable tourism business make the fresh and nutritious seafood isn’t affordable anymore for some of the Indonesian people.
